Hello all,
Mini gardening was great fun. Of course it's frustrating not being able not to sneeze, cough or even breath
or the tiny petals and leaves will scatter away and picking them up from unexpected corners takes time. I believe the results were worth the trouble.
For the driveway I used small pieces of sea shells. They look like pebbles. I wish they were
smaller. Now when I look at the photo they seem out of size.
Luckily I had these really tiny (railroad size) garden furniture which are perfect for this terrace.
I used the stem from a bunch of grapes for the tree. Small pieces of green foam were glued
on it for foliage.
These are the three punches that were used to make flowers and leaves. By the way,
I even used the tiny circles from the blue punch to make tiny flowers. These, when not
cupped, make mini confetti.
The wooden flower boxes are made from matches.
I wish there were more projects like this one. They are fun to make and take little space.
Hugs and blessings to all my dear readers.

ReplyDeleteHa quedado precioso, Drora. Me han encantado esas florecitas tan diminutas, que serán muy dificiles de hacer con los papelillos tan pequeños. El resultado es fantástico.. Que lo disfrutes.

Wow, Drora! You've done a wonderful job with this project. Your tree looks so realistic, like a scrubby tree at the beach. Everything is so tiny! The flower boxes are beautiful, and that tiny patio set is perfect! It sounds like you've had a great time building this house and landscaping it. Hurray for fun! xo Jennifer

This took my breath away - you've worked a miracle with the garden, absolutely fantastic. A beautiful, beautiful scene... and I'm with you, these little projects are big fun but only take little space. Btw I don't think your "pebbles" are too big, as Brian already said some stones for pathways are bigger than others. And your shells not only look good but they are very individual - in my opinion the match very well!

Hi Drora! I love the way that you have finished this little house and the garden is wonderful! The side terrace with the tiny garden furniture is very inviting but the part that thrills me most is the Brilliant Idea of using the grape stem as the base for your mini tree! Very very impressive. :D
