Trash to Jewelry

Hello my dear readers,

A friend brought me a little packet full of  jewelry findings.  Here is what I already have been upto.

I believe this is part of an earring.  I cut it in half to make two necklaces.  Since its silver colored
I thought it would look well with turquoise so I crushed a genuine turquoise bead into tiny pieces.  These are the results.  From one pair I have 4 necklaces and two brooches.

A warm welcom to my new followers

We are enduring some very hot days.  I cannot even think about going outside for a walk.  The weather forecast promises that it will get cooler by the end of the week. Days like these hot ones are expected in July-August. I think the climate has gone mad.

Blessings to all

  52. Hi Drora, your jewelry looks beautiful, very creative and clever of you :D! Here in The Netherlands we have had a few days warm weather, but now it is cool weather with a bit rain. It is too dry for this time of the year, I hope it will change. It is bad for the crops on the land and the nature.
    Hugs, Ilona
PS I didn't got this update of your blog on my readers list, I don't know why?? There are more blogs with the same problem and I don't understand how it happens.
