1/48" cottage completed

Hello all,

I finished the cottage and am rather pleased with the results.  I used material that I had no trouble finding.

Roof  is made from egg carton.

Materials I used for building this cottage.  Guess what the black drinking straw was for....
I cut the coffee stirrers in strips to decorate the exterior walls.  Cutting wood is not my
favorite job and I only have very simple tools to do it.  The window frames were
made from match sticks which were difficult to miter as the split easily.  The roof tiles were
fun.  I still need to add other shades of color to the tiles.

Next week I'll start the landscaping.  This is work I love.

I wish you all a wonderful weekend and blessings.
